"My Order Was Shipped Despite Cancellation"
Even if you decide to cancel your order, it seems like it won't actually get canceled. They do send out emails at every stage of the process to keep you updated on when your package is ordered, processed, packed, and shipped, which is nice. I responded to the email that confirmed my order to cancel it since there’s no option on the website; but they just ignored my request and blamed it on their warehouse. This is really frustrating because once your item is on its way, they stop issuing refunds!
